Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or try before you buy. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases. For standard one-time orders, please see our Return and Refund Policy.

Standard Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel a standard one-time order, please contact us at support@westlyn.co within 12 hours of placing your order. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee cancellation after this window. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Return and Refund Policy instead. A processing fee of up to 6% may apply to cancellations requested outside the 12-hour window where the order has already been processed.

Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew, you can cancel at any time before the next renewal date. Your order confirmation emails contain links to manage your subscription. You can also contact us at support@westlyn.co and we'll assist you. Cancellations requested after a renewal has already been charged and fulfilled will be treated as a return under our Return and Refund Policy.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled at any time at no charge by contacting us at support@westlyn.co. If the order has already been fulfilled and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. A processing fee of up to 6% may apply to pre-order cancellations where payment has already been fully captured and processed.

Try Before You Buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a specified period of time to decide if you want to keep the item. If you choose to return it within the trial period, please contact us at support@westlyn.co before the period expires to initiate a return. Once the trial period has passed without a return request, your payment method will be charged the full amount and the sale will be considered final. Returns after the trial period has expired are subject to our standard Return and Refund Policy.

Payment Disputes
Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer in relation to any subscription, pre-order, or try before you buy purchase, please contact us directly at support@westlyn.co. We maintain complete records of all purchase agreements, authorizations, and communications and will contest disputes that do not follow the cancellation process outlined in this policy.
